Max Bryant is an Australian top-order batter from Murwillumbah, New South Wales, who grew up on the Gold Coast and developed his cricket through Queensland’s junior pathways and Premier Cricket. A talented sportsman from a young age, he chose cricket over rugby league and quickly rose through the ranks, making his debut for the Cricket Australia XI in 2017 before joining the Brisbane Heat in the Big Bash League in 2018. Known for his aggressive batting style, powerful hitting and fearless approach at the crease, Bryant has become a fan favourite in the BBL and a key player for Queensland, continuing to build his reputation as one of Australia’s exciting young white-ball talents.

Career Highlight: Max Bryant played a key role in the Brisbane Heat’s 2023–24 BBL championship victory, scoring a valuable 29 off 19 balls in the Final to help deliver the club’s first title in ten years. His fearless hitting and energy at the top of the order showcased why he became known as one of the Heat’s “Smash Brothers.”
